IF - Visitors

I like to think that when it comes time for humans to be the visitors on alien planets we can all put aside the hurt feelings caused by years of probing, and be space buddies with the aliens. We'd be S.B.F's (Space Buddies Forever) and wear lockets in the shape of alien hearts that break in two so each S.B.F. has a piece to remember their bestest friend from light years away.

I'd want Yoda to be my S.B.F. but if he got too teachy with me about the force then I'd say "Yoda.. you're cut!" and replace him with my backup S.B.F. Chewbacca.

Who would your S.B.F. be?

Created in Illustrator, and Photoshop

LOL. Love the illo!

Hmm, my SBF would be E.T., I guess. Hey, we go way back, what can I say?

Fantastic work there, David! That's some awesome texturing you've got going on there.

My SBF? Hmmm... I'm digging on Ray Walston as My Favorite Martian but I guess I gotta say the monolith from 2001 A Space Odysey. Ole Mono knows tons of great jokes but he tends to dance on tables when he gets drunk.

Great illo!

ET is already my S.B.F., since 1982 or so.

However, if ET doesn't come back soon then Gonzo would be my S.B.F.

We don't have enough important questions like this floating around the internetherworld, so thanks, Pickledog.

What a cute, sweet, and wonderful illo! I do love your work!

Yes, I'd also have to pick Yoda as my S.B.F. Athough I'd probably tell him to ease up on those yoda-isms, "Grave danger you are in. Impatient you are. Draw better you must. Help you I can, yes." yadayadayada...
