IF - Missing

When Pickledog and I were just young pups our stargazer friend Sam claimed that he was abducted by an alien one clear night. To Sam it felt like he had been missing for days, but time on earth had not moved more then a second. No one really believed Sam's story until all the postcards from Nebular-X5 started to arrive. Then everyone teased Sam because he had a girlfriend.

Super Illustration. Love that the tractor beam is not straight up as usually drawn but moves in a spiral instead.

Well, Sam looks mighty pleased to be abducted so I think he can take the teasing. But I understand... it's always like that. I remember when I told my friends about a Scottish Tartan Lizard I kept as a pet for a while. They didn't believe me until I showed them the pictures. Then all I got was teased for wearing a "skirt".

Great piece, David! As always, you rock.

Very cute story and illo! Sam doesn't look too upset to be taken by his lovely new friend. Love the braces and his expression! =)
